As the son of a successful entrepreneur, Connor’s passion for business began early. Watching his father Robb Heering build and grow many successful companies, he knew from a young age that he wanted to create something of his own. That vision became reality with the launch of Heering Digital LLC — a full-scale marketing agency dedicated to scaling brands to their full potential in the “digital age”.

Connor launched his first eCommerce business, Camel Milk Cooperative, with zero outside funding. Within four years, it was generating over $50,000 in monthly revenue — all through strategic digital marketing. Learning marketing from the ground up, Connor made many mistakes, but  experience showed him the true power of organic marketing, community engagement, paid advertising, social media, and branding when executed effectively.
